Wendy Evens is the Creator and Editorial Voice of A Fashionable Blog. Wendy's dedication and adeptness to scope out trends and breaking news and bring them to her readers in an interesting way, makes her an informative source of fashion, beauty and style. It all started the first time she bought Seventeen magazine with her allowance money, then re-created the looks from the glossy magazine pages for herself and her high-school girlfriends. Brooke Shields was her favorite. Prior to launching A Fashionable Blog in 2011, Wendy owned her own freelance company and worked internationally as Chief Flight Attendant aboard private jets. Her clients included Fortune 500 executives, Hollywood celebrities, professional sports teams, music concert roadshows, high profile families and royalty. Wendy worked as retail and front-line leadership for some of the most prestigious companies in North America including the Four Seasons, The Breakers Palm Beach, The Phoenician, The Royal Palms Resort and Spa. She also headed up the support team for European beauty company BABOR at their North American headquarters for its directors of corporate communications, public relations and marketing. In addition to A Fashionable Blog, Wendy is also the Fashion Editor for Chicago-based BeautyLook Magazine, a digital and print publication for the beauty, fashion and modeling industries. She is an enthusiastic collector of things (autobiographies, LOVE stamps, Champagne corks, handbags, perfume bottles), fond of the beach, a dedicated Pilates and yoga lover, beginner fashion illustrator, gourmet-cook-in-the-making and recycles everything as much as she can. Wendy is writing her first autobiographical novel and interchangeably reading "Coco Chanel" by Axel Madsen and Lauren Weisberger's fashionable sequel, "Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns".
